Shipping policy

Shipping locations
We currently ship to Australia. 
If you’re outside Australia and want to order, reach out to us at hello@twynactive.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.

Order processing times
We pack orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

During launches, sales, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (Australia)
Delivery timeframes start once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: approx. 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: approx. 1–3 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery delays
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it still doesn’t look right, contact us at hello@twynactive.com.au and we’ll help you sort it ASAP.

Incorrect address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee to send it again.

Lost or missing parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@twynactive.com.au with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number photos of the damage (including packaging)
